PhD in Educational Technology from the University of Malaga (Extraordinary Prize) and is Professor of Educational Technology at the University of Malaga in the Department of Didactics and School Organisation. Master in New Technologies Applied to Education, University Expert in Virtual Training Environments and Graduate in Mathematics. He has two recognised research periods and seven three-year teaching periods. He is Vice-Rector of Educational Innovation and Virtual Campus at the International University of Andalusia and has been Director of the Secretariat of the Technological Headquarters in Malaga of the same institution. He is editor of the Innoeduca Journal -International Journal of Technology and Educational Innovation- and has directed for years the Innoeduca Research Group -SEJ533- of the University of Malaga, with the commitment to investigate the teaching-learning processes with technology. She has coordinated and participated in innovation and research projects in Spain and the European Union (R+D+I, Tempus, AECID and Formación-AECID). He directs the Inter-University Doctorate in Educational Technology at the UMA and the UNIA. He also participates in other Interuniversity Masters related to Innovation and Educational Technology (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Universidad Católica del Norte de Chile...). He has given numerous courses (face-to-face and online) to teachers related to the use of ICT in Spain and Latin America. Invited speaker at various national and international conferences and congresses. Evaluator of the National Agency of Evaluation and Prospective (ANEP) of the Ministry of Science and Innovation. He is a member of Scientific Committees and is a reviewer of different scientific journals specialised in Educational Technology.
