3D-CIRCULAR holds a central position in the strategic thinking and the successful implementation of the EU strategies, regulations and directives for the realisation of the EU green and digital transition, which depends on reskilling and upskilling of future young talents, professional experts and the EU workforce in general (as well as beyond the EU borders). The project objective is to build the next generation of the educational and certification ecosystem for exercising expert-level, interdisciplinary capabilities within the context of promoting a European, digitally native, circular economy. To this end, 3D-CIRCULAR will create new educational masterlevel and doctorate programmes and certification components that strongly relate to the ongoing innovation aspects promoted by the EC and the research performed in the various EU funding programmes. Such programmes embrace the development of innovative curricula and the respective courses and self-standing learning components, which emphasise the role of deep tech technologies to drive the operational aspects of sustainable growth through circular economy principles.
